Buyer guide
Learn how buyers browse the marketplace, inspect product details, check out, download purchases, and review products.
Support promise
Find what to click, what happens next, and when to contact support.
Each guide includes purpose, eligible roles, navigation paths, step-by-step instructions, expected results, troubleshooting, related links, and screenshot-ready visual sections.
Browse marketplace products
- 1Open Marketplace from the header, homepage CTA, footer, or mobile Buyer tab.
- 2Use category chips and the search field to orient discovery. Published products appear as cards with creator, category, price, sales count, rating, and affiliate commission rate.
- 3Open a product card to view the product detail page.
Review product details
The product page shows the product category, title, creator name, price, rating, affiliate commission percentage, buy action, and affiliate-link action. If a product is unpublished or unavailable, the page explains that only approved products can be purchased.
Cart and wishlist readiness
The backend exposes cart and wishlist APIs for buyer accounts, but the current web navigation centers on direct product checkout and Buyer Library. Treat full cart and wishlist UI as not yet exposed unless a product surface shows those controls.
Checkout and payment
- 1From a product page, select the buy action to open checkout.
- 2Confirm the product and price. Taxes are calculated by the payment gateway when connected.
- 3Choose an available payment method such as UPI, card, or net banking where supported.
- 4Complete the provider checkout session. Payment webhooks update order status after gateway confirmation.
Access purchased products
- 1Open Buyer Library on web or the Library tab on mobile.
- 2Find the order and check its status. Paid or available orders can generate secure download links.
- 3Select the download action. The platform requests an entitlement and resolves a temporary signed URL.
- 4Use the link before it expires and watch the remaining download count shown by the app.
Reviews, refunds, and disputes
Verified buyers can submit reviews through the product review API. Refund and dispute handling is operationally managed through admin dispute queues and support; provide the order ID, product title, payment status, and a concise issue description when requesting help.
