Each guide includes purpose, eligible roles, navigation paths, step-by-step instructions, expected results, troubleshooting, related links, and screenshot-ready visual sections.

Mobile navigation

The Expo app uses an auth stack for Welcome, Login, and Register. After sign-in, bottom tabs show Buyer, Library, Notifications, Trust, and role-gated Creator, Influencer, and Admin tabs based on the signed-in user's role.

Buyer mobile journey

  1. 1Open Buyer to browse Marketplace.
  2. 2Open a product to buy or create an affiliate link if role permissions allow.
  3. 3After checkout, the app can route to an order completion screen by deep link.
  4. 4Open Library to generate secure downloads for eligible paid orders.

Creator mobile journey

  1. 1Open Creator to view revenue pulse, top products, and product workspace.
  2. 2Tap New product or Edit to open the product editor.
  3. 3Use AI suggestions when a title is present, then save the product.
  4. 4Return to Creator Dashboard to refresh product and analytics data.

Influencer and admin mobile journeys

  • Influencers can review programs, create links, share links, inspect active links, view commission ledgers, and request payout-ready balances.
  • Admins can review dashboard metrics, send push-ready notifications, moderate products, inspect KYC review summaries, payout risk, disputes, and audit logs.
  • Notifications support offline cache display and push preference toggles when devices are registered.

Mobile support expectations

The mobile app exposes buyer, creator, influencer, admin, notifications, trust, checkout-complete, product, Library, and signed-in support-ticket journeys. Guest contact remains web-first through /support. Mobile users can create signed-in tickets, reply to conversations, close/reopen tickets, and generate reviewed AI-safe draft text before sending.
