Each guide includes purpose, eligible roles, navigation paths, step-by-step instructions, expected results, troubleshooting, related links, and screenshot-ready visual sections.
Purpose
Storefronts give creators a public profile with bio, follower count, rating, product count, follow/share controls, and featured products. Product pages give buyers and influencers enough context to buy, share, or generate an affiliate link when allowed.
Where to find storefronts
- 1Open a creator storefront at /store/[slug] when the creator profile and API storefront record are available.
- 2Review the storefront hero for creator name, bio, follower count, rating, and product count.
- 3Open featured product cards to inspect product detail pages before buying or promoting.
- 4If the storefront is unavailable, the app displays a clear unpublished-store message instead of a broken page.
Product availability states
- ✦ Published products can appear in Marketplace, storefront featured products, product pages, affiliate programs, and mobile browsing.
- ✦ Unpublished, deleted, blocked, or pending-moderation products show unavailable messaging and should not be promoted as purchasable.
- ✦ Creators should check product workspace status and moderation notes before sharing a product URL.
- ✦ Admins should update product moderation with clear, support-safe reasons when a listing is held or rejected.
Reviews
The API exposes public product reviews and an authenticated buyer/admin review creation endpoint. Review entry points should only be documented as available on a surface that actually shows them. Support teams can ask for product title, order ID, and review context when investigating review issues.
