Each guide includes purpose, eligible roles, navigation paths, step-by-step instructions, expected results, troubleshooting, related links, and screenshot-ready visual sections.

Payment provider expectations

The platform is designed for provider-backed checkout sessions and webhooks for Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal. The UI displays UPI, card, and net banking choices where supported, while exact availability depends on connected gateway configuration.

Creator revenue

Creator dashboards expose revenue, order count, conversion rate, affiliate sales, and top products. Actual payout policies depend on platform settings, KYC status, payout status, fees, taxes, and any active dispute holds.

Influencer commissions

  1. 1Create a tracking link from an eligible program.
  2. 2Share the tracking URL with clear affiliate disclosure.
  3. 3Wait for attributed paid purchases to appear as commissions.
  4. 4Review pending, approved, available, and paid earnings in the dashboard.
  5. 5Request payout when available payout is greater than zero and payout requirements are met.

Admin review

Admins can inspect commission records, update commission states, review payout risk, and audit operational changes. Public documentation does not expose credentials, provider secrets, or fraud-control internals.

Payout status language

  • Pending means the platform has not completed review or requirements yet.
  • Available or payout-ready means the dashboard can show a request action when policy and account requirements are satisfied.
  • Held means a dispute, payout risk, KYC issue, compliance issue, or admin review may be active.
  • Paid means the platform has marked the payout as completed; provider settlement timing may vary.
