Purpose
Sutrana is a creator commerce marketplace for digital products, creator storefronts, buyer purchases, affiliate referrals, analytics, and admin-governed content. Public visitors can browse the homepage, marketplace, creator storefronts, product pages, CMS pages, legal pages, and this Help Center without signing in.
Where to find the main areas
- 1Use the top header to open public CMS pages such as About, How it works, Trust Center, FAQ, and Contact when those pages are published or available through fallback navigation.
- 2Open Marketplace from the homepage or footer to browse published digital products and category chips.
- 3Open Support from the header or footer to create a guest ticket, or sign in first to see ticket history and full conversations.
- 4Select Login to enter an existing account. After login, the app sends buyers to Library, creators to Creator Dashboard, influencers to Influencer Dashboard, and admins to Admin Dashboard.
- 5Select Join Sutrana or Register to create a buyer, creator, curator, or influencer account.
- 6Use the footer Help Center link to return to this documentation from any public page.
Account roles
- ✦ Buyer: purchases digital products, views orders, generates secure download links, and can write product reviews after purchase.
- ✦ Creator: creates products, adds file metadata, publishes or updates listings, views creator analytics, and can use AI-assisted copy tools.
- ✦ Influencer: discovers affiliate programs, creates tracking links, shares links, reviews clicks/conversions/commissions, and requests payouts.
- ✦ Admin: reviews marketplace health, users, products, commissions, CMS pages, navigation, theme, feature flags, categories, disputes, notifications, and audit logs.
Expected result
After onboarding, users land in the dashboard for their selected role and can use role-specific actions. OAuth buttons currently show readiness notices until provider keys are configured in admin integrations.
